1269 Photos: Moths and Butterflies

August 1, 2019

I miss counted for the Picture of the Day I posted a few minutes ago! Oh well, only by a couple of photos!

2 moths

So…I didn’t take quite as many photos this month (July) as I did last month (June)…I don’t know how, considering all the traveling we did, and the fishing trips. But that’s the way it is!

Tiny Butterfly on Queen Anne’s Lace

I’ve been trying to figure out how to post these. I think I’m going to do it by theme. Since my pictures are all over the place, it makes sense, to me anyway!

Fly away Butterfly

I actually printed out some identification pages – spiders and butterflies for now. I need more, because I don’t have any moths. Hopefully, I’ll get to that today.

Moth in Shadow

I don’t think I’ll do any identification today…just post and introduce you to this months theme. Of course, like last month, when something particular happens I will post about it. I kind of like that you haven’t seen very many of this months photos. So they are, for the most part, new to you. I’ll still keep up with some of my themes (Sunday’s words to live by, picture of the day/week) and I’ll try to get back to my night photos and raindrop reflections.

I haven’t done a whole lot of abstracts this month. Although I think everyone likes them, I just haven’t had a whole lot of time to mess with them. And it does take time!

I hope everyone has a great day! Today is national Raspberry Cream Pie Day!!
