Sept 13, 2019
These photos were all taken before 630 in the morning – but after 6 on August 30, 2019. So they would technically be twilight photos.
No flash was used either!
This photo above and the one below have the same details, as in the exposure time, f/stop, and ISO were all the same. So, I most have adjusted the lighting in photshop. It was originally really dark, so it makes sense if I had adjusted the lighting and contrast.
I must have done some major adjusting, I just don’t remember. Most of my “night photos” are adjusted, even just a little bit. So they aren’t too dark.
I’m guessing that what’s left (in the photo above) is the rose pistol. Although it doesn’t look like the one in the photo on the web I checked out. So, any gardeners out there that know what this is called, feel free to let me know.
I got these flowers while camping in PA a few years ago. The ranger at the check in station handed me a bunch of papers. Included in it was what looked like a business card. On it read something like “I Am Biodegradable! Within me are some seeds of wildflowers and if you bury me in your garden, I will produce some flowers for you.” So, the next spring I “planted” the business card and later in the summer up popped some wildflowers.
At first, I thought they were mimosa trees and started pulling them up. But upon further inspection, I realized they were flowers, not trees. In the fall they produce a seed pod that looks similar to dried up pea pods.
So, there’s my night photos for the week! I hope you enjoyed!

Today is National Kids Take Over the Kitchen Day! I could potentially see a disaster here!
Hope everyone has a great time, whether it be night or day!
Thanks for stopping by!
