“Things work out best for those who make the best of how things work out.” ~ John Wooden
I didn’t get the job! But that’s ok, because I probably wouldn’t want to work under the guy who did the interview. First off, I waited for nearly an hour before he came out to interview me. And then he only talked to me for five minutes before handing me off to the retail manager (Cracker Barrel has a gift store attached to it). I only got home an hour ago.
So, the job search continues. My boyfriend wants me to get a job with the census. While the pay is good ($21/hour), I’m not really sure it’s the right place for me. Although…it is a government job and it gets my foot in the door for another gov job down the road.
We’ll see what happens. Gotta stay positive!!
So, here are some more positive thoughts…for me as much as you, if you need them.

“Don’t forget you’re human. It’s okay to have a meltdown. Just don’t unpack and live there. Cry it out. Then refocus on where you’re headed” ~ ?
Tomorrow is another day!!
