a walk in nature…

Jan 11, 2020

Cell Phone Saturday

Didn’t do a whole lot today…put the Christmas tree away and went for a walk. I took more – Christmas – pics than the one below…but I think I’m going to save them for a later post.

Other than that, I’ve just been working on photos…which you will get to see soon enough!

Hope you enjoy! 🙂

Taken around 4pm today…

Kokopeli… a fertility deity in Native American Culture, also seen as a trickster and represents the spirit of music

a wicked looking tree…I have to keep an eye on this tree, if I don’t…it doesn’t take long for vines to take over.

It would look awesome with Halloween decorations, if it were in the right place!

There’s a chance we could get thunderstorms tonight with 40mph (mile per hour) gusts throughout the night! It’s 66 degrees outside right now – way above normal. At least if the power goes out we have heat, not like it’s going to be that cold. But still… 🙂

“O, wind, if winter comes, can spring be far behind?”
~ Percy Bysshe Shelley

“All sounds are sharper in winter, the air transmits better.”
~ John Burroughs

Snow absorbs sound

“People don’t notice if it’s winter or summer when they’re happy.”
~ Anton Chekhov

My boyfriend would disagree…

Tomorrow is National Kiss A Ginger Day, National Sunday Super Day, National Pharmacist Day, and National Marzipan Day.

Hope you have a great day, night or evening
