oh the possibilities…

As you may be aware, I like to work in abstract sometimes. Here lately, I hadn’t spent too much time “playing” with my photos. But today, I “got in the mood”, so to say!

The images are of a dead flower…all the same image, just with different filters or adjustments applied to them in photo shop. They were taken with my new macro lens attachments, I just can’t remember if it was just the +10, or with all three (+1, +2, +10). I’m leaning towards just the +10, but I can’t be sure.

Not sure if I like this last one, but hey! I’m sure someone will! It looks rather bland, boring to me…but that’s just me!

All I did was play in photo shop until I got something I liked. It just so happened that I picked the right image to play with! I would’ve kept playing, but my boyfriend wanted me to help him with some chores, so I had to save and walkaway for the time being!

They’re not available anywhere else yet, but they will be. Hopefully by the end of the week.

Is there anything else I need to tell you about the photos? I can’t think of anything, but if you have any questions feel free to ask…

And before I forget, I looked into whether or not pine cones can be used as a fire starter in the wood stove. They can be!! Which is a huge…YAY!! But in all honesty, I don’t know if I’d let the fire go out if I had a choice! Yeah, it’s warm in here – 83 degrees (F) indoors, 59 degrees (F) outdoors – and it feels like summer, but it feels great going outside! Walking around the house in shorts and sleeveless shirts feels awesome! All the doors are still open at the moment… will probably be shutting them here soon…
