The Complete Herbal Source Book: Of course, I need to tell you that you need to do your research, and just don’t go and buy it! While I can say, yeah, I use this to put on bruises and scrapes, you need to make sure it’s right for you! And possibly even talk to your doctor about it, if you have a good doc and is open to herbal remedies! Just sayin’… 🙂
