AMAZON: You’re Only Old Once by Dr. Seuss

“I like nonsense
It wakes up the brain cells”
~ Dr. Seuss

Tomorrow is…

March 11, 2020
And somehow, I got all mixed up
All the national days I did yesterday?
For today?
Are actually tomorrow’s “whatever”
To celebrate
So, tomorrow I will do
What should be for today
If that does make any sense!

Oh the horror!
But…tomorrow is National 311 Day! How I missed that one, I don’t know! “311” offers an annual reminder that 311 is a resource for communities around the country (US) to connect with their city and non-emergency services… and is a “non-emergency number to call in many cities across the country (US) for residents to report issues, find out about city services, and ask questions”. In 1996, Baltimore, MD adopted the first non emergency system – 311 – as a way to ease the strain on 911 operators.
Some examples of when to use 311 instead of 911 are:

  • graffiti
  • illegal parking
  • road, park or fence damage
  • debris in the road
  • noise
  • trees needing to be trimmed

Hope you have a great day!
Thanks for stopping by!!

Absolute nonsense
But not all the time!
