this little snake, and he was a little one – about 4 foot long maybe – disappeared

into the abyss between the siding and the wall of the house. I was assured he couldn’t get into the house that way! (Mice can, but…I digress!) Anyway, the next morning there was a present on the front stoop for me. Want to guess what it was? Go ahead, take a wild guess!

If you guessed, poop, you guessed right! Ugg! Oh well, at least it’s a black snake and not something dangerous like a rattlesnake! I need to stick some steel wool up in there to, hopefully, deter it from going back up in there. Steel wool deters mice, so it should deter snakes too!

hope you have a great day!
thanks for stopping by!!

    • that is very true! We haven’t seen any signs of mice for a couple of years!! In the house anyway.
