My son and I went to Baker Park today. It was super hot, 89 degrees at the moment (31.6 C). The humidity is extremely high. There weren’t very many ducks, or anything for that matter. The water does look refreshing although it is illegal to swim in the lake.
The water’s actually pretty clean…you could go swimming, if you don’t mind swimming with the fishes. And probably being arrested!
And finally, a picture of my pool! It’s crystal clear, even though it looks a little murky in the photo! I’m glad I have it! People in the U.S. are having trouble getting their hands on a pool…public pools probably aren’t going to open this year. That’s the last I heard anyway!
Tomorrow is…
June 10
National Egg Roll Day
National Black Cow Day
National Herbs and Spices Day
National Iced Tea Day
National Ball Point Pen Day

Goosey, Goosey, Gander
Goosey, goosey, gander
Where shall I wander?
Upstairs, downstarirs
In my nightgown
There I met an old man
Who wouldn’t say his prayers
I took him by his left leg
And threw him down the stairs
