Some interesting stuff about bathtubs…

• In Arizona, donkeys are not allowed to sleep in bathtubs.
• in Kentucky, a historic law required citizens to take a bath at least once a year
• Marilyn Monroe was known for bathing in champagne. 350 bottles were needed to fill the bathtub to her liking. Now that’s one way to live luxuriously!
• once, a Monopoly game played in the bathtub lasted nearly 99 hours!
• It wasn’t until the sixth president of the United States, John Quincy Adams, took office that the first bathtub appeared in the White House – but there was no running water, so bathing was a bit tricky!
• bathtubs have absolutely nothing to do with this post! Except that Dec 5 is bathtub party day!!
