Makes me wonder like, in this society we proclaim is civilized, that can support a traveler and a stranger alike, why not travel and quest like they did in the Chinese proverbs, not for material gain, but to regain something spiritually?
I would, were it not for material things tying me down–family, work.
There’s too much hate and distrust out there… One would think you could trust people, but the reality is, you can’t, generally speaking. There once was a time…
I know for me personally, I am working on self dependency for the near future. I’m not “blaming” anyone for the decisions I am making for me and my family. I could go on and on, but that might be a topic for another post. What I was trying to get across, or hoping for, with that pin was that we need to stop blaming each other.
Fair enough.
