“I was engaged in something much more unpleasant than espionage. I was engaged in ideological subversion, which is seldom explained to people by your media, because the media is part of that process.”
~ Yuri Bezmenov
Yuri Bezmenov was a Soviet KGB propaganda agent, who defected to Canada in 1970. He died in 1993. According to him, the U.S. was already well past the twenty year demoralization stage by the time he did his mid-90’s interview (link below). He advocates that religion is the best defense against subversion. The article linked above is an interesting read.
Born: Yuri Alexandrovich Bezmenov, 1939, Mytishchi, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union

~ wrote a book called, “Love Letter to America” under his pen name, Tomas Schuman, to warn about long-term Marxist tactics he was seeing in the US

I’m not sure if the demoralization of America was complete by the mid-80’s, I was 7 years old in 1984, educated in a private, Christian school, and raised by “old-school” American patriots. My dad was born in 1937, remembered WWII, raised in the country (West Virginia and Pennsylvania). My mom was born in 1944, raised in Baltimore City and was a NAVY WAVE in the early 60’s. They instilled in us, or at least me, a love for country and family.
The Dept of Education began operating in 1980. This is when education really fell into the hands of the federal government, when the real “indoctrination” began. The Department of Education was split from the Department of Education, Health, and Welfare, which was formed after the American Civil War. This was done to ensure that the students were getting “standardized” learning, or curriculum, or that kindergarteners were getting the same education, as well as high school seniors – across the nation.
I’m going to leave it here, as is, for the moment…but I will add with the start of Common Core, and now with the introduction of Critical Race Theory, anyone who is looking can see the downfall of the education system, and with it the downfall of our youth. Unless parents step up and do something…
*my boyfriend lost his wallet today, and I have been helping him with the computer and printing…time hasn’t been on my side today!!
Hope you have a great day!
