4 1/2 hrs of sleep and bad vibes

When you are resting because you are worn out, you need to remember that you are not wasting the day doing nothing. You are doing exactly what you need to do. You are recovering.

~ 4 1/2 hrs if sleep doesn’t do a body good…I tried taking a nap, almost as soon as I dozed off the phone rang and woke me up. Normally, I don’t keep the phone with me but I am expecting a phone call. So, no sleep for this weary soul…plus, I’ve got a bad vibe I’m trying to get rid of/deal with. So, instead of ignoring it and possibly allowing to be felt here…I’m taking some time. Doing what I need to. Going for a short, barefooted walk should help
