*I am flat out on my back today. I was yesterday as well…hopefully resting with the heating pad today will do the trick. I used the heating pad yesterday, which seemed to help, I just need a little more time. With my back the way it is, I can’t really get on my computer/laptop and do anything. I might try later…but it seems I can only sit up for an hour or so, so no promises. Whatever happens, it just means I have some major catching up to do at some point.

Despite the pain, I am thankful…
