I’ve been having muscle spasms in my left eye off and on today, so I will be taking it easy and taking breaks throughout the rest of the day. It doesn’t hurt or anything, just a bother. I looked it up, and according to scarysymptoms.com is nothing to really worry about unless it lasts longer than a few days. It can be attributed to fatigue, stress, caffeine, dehydration, anxiety…I was thinking I might be dehydrated, I’ve been drinking more caffeine than normal, and haven’t gotten more than 6 hours of sleep a night for the past several nights. Usually, I try to be in bed by 2am but lately that hasn’t been happening. And I’m up by 930… so, yeah, I’m tired.
Usually, 6 hours of sleep – give or take – is ok for me. And trying to get a nap or any kind of down time has been nearly impossible lately. I’ve got to try and get more sleep!
