it’s the most wonderful time of the year

I know this isn’t the best picture, but considering it was a spur of the moment photo, taken with my cell phone, I think it isn’t half bad. This hawk flew up and landed in a tree about 50 yards from us on Friday while we were out working on getting the maple down. Then it flew closer, and closer, and closer. It had just taken off from a tree that isn’t in the photo [I did get a photo of it in the tree before it took off].

How I managed to get the photo of it flying by, I have no idea, I didn’t even realize that it had taken off when I snapped the picture. Oh yeah, it’s snowing in the photo…

Knowing is better than believing

Not sure if I’ll be back later with a “opinion” post or not…I’m not really feeling “pushed” to do something, plus I’m exhausted. It’s been so cold outside…which only means that it takes more to keep the house warm on the inside. We’ll see what happens…the last couple of days, with the cold and all, I get into a kind of mid-day slump then get my second wind after dinner.

I don’t even know what to call those posts I’ve been posting on Sunday night/Monday morning…opinion? political? religious? not religious in the now accepted term, that’s for sure…whatever you want to call them, I’ve been led to post them. Biblical or spiritual might be more like it, but that’s not accurate either – I don’t think.

Everybody needs to do their own research.
My information is just a starting point.
I don’t expect everyone to believe or accept my content.
I do expect people to research and try to put the pieces together for themselves.
I’m not a teacher.
I’m an awakener.
