not of God

September 4, 2022

For those that don’t know:

  • karma – not of God
  • feeling someone’s “energy” – not of God
  • having “positive vibes” – not of God
  • wishing someone “good luck” – not of God
  • mother nature – not of God

Mixing the Bible with new-age religion won’t get you into heaven. Jesus Christ is the ONLY way, the ONLY truth, and the ONLY life. No man gets to the Father but by Him.

Stop mixing this worldly garbage with the Word of God.

I will admit, I am guilty of some of this. It is very hard to get away from “the ways of man” or their traditions. Some of it is so embedded in society, even religion, that we don’t even know that God frowns on it. Or that it’s “not of God”.

There are other things as well…like MAGA and Free Masonry, the color red and Jesuits, Free Masons and the Crypts, and so much more. For the Free Masons and Jesuits, it is specifically red shoes that are of importance. Does that mean that we stay away from “MAGA” or the color red? Not necessarily. We need to realize the possible meaning, and that there is power and/or symbolism behind almost everything. From there, we can make better decisions.

Think about this…I mentioned a few months ago about how God designed the seasons and time. According to the Bible, the new year is supposed to be in April. The new month is supposed to start with the new moon, women’s menstrual cycles are based on the moon, not the Gregorian calendar that is used today. I’m not going to get into all the specifics and details, at least today, because it can be mind blowing to say the least. But, it was changed, not by God, but by man, to benefit their own wants and desires. What do we do about it?

The only thing we can do is ask for guidance, forgiveness, and try to do better. As the saying goes…once you know better, do better. Read the Bible, see what it says. That’s what I’ve done.

We do need to be careful with the New Age stuff…it can lead down a path that isn’t good. I know sometimes things I share might sound New Age-ish, but I try to stay away from it as much as possible.

morals have changed
churches have changed
societies have changed
people have changed

but God’s word remains the same

1 Corinthians 10: 13 (NKJV)
No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful,
who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able,
but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to [a]bear it.

[a] endure

hope you have a great day!
