a break is deserved

I am taking tomorrow off…hopefully! At least I won’t be posting anything. Just taking the day to recharge. It’s going to be a little bit of a challenge, but I can do it!!

My thoughts are…every 100 days I will take a break. To reset Holly’s World, and to recharge myself.
I had thought once a month, or even once a week, but I like to share with you. And I have a lot to share, so every 100 days it is!

Can you believe it’s been 100 days since my last break?!?

Anyway, I’ve got 2 tomatoes growing on one of my tomato plants!! Not one, but two! I might just fry them up in a few days! It’s been forever since I’ve had fried green tomatoes! And I can’t wait!!

And then there’s this…

The brick closest to the pipe, on the right, I need to lift a little bit, but that’s okay. No big deal. No major rainstorms as of yet, but the day isn’t over. But it is humid! It’s supposed to rain tomorrow as well and when I was putting down this rock it was trying to rain. Nothing that caused me to stop, just a few little pitter patters.

Tomorrow, between rain drops I’m hoping to dig out a little bit more and put the rest of the rock I have down. When I’m done with this, I need to work on the area between the brick walkway and the house a little bit. But that can wait until later, it will involve bringing some rock up that I have piled in the woods. What I’ve done so far is doing what I want it to do, which is pull the water away from the bottom of the deck steps. I would like it to go down the pipe, or under it…which is why I need to bring some rocks up. I don’t have anything up here that isn’t being used.

I will be sure to share photos and whatnot. Don’t I always?
