GOOD FATS: butter (full fat), Ghee (aka clarified butter), coconut oil, olive oil, sesame oil
BAD FATS: vegetable oil, corn oil, canola oil, soybean oil, margarine, any “refined” oil, any hydrogenated oil or partially hydrogenated oil (trans fat)

The Ugly Truth About Prepping: ask a prepper…it might all be for nothing (?), you will have to turn people away, you could become a target, you cannot prepare for everything, and more….One thing I’ve learned over the years is do the best you can, and everything always works out the way it should. I guess that’s two things…
