Hubby and I finally got COVID. Not sure how he got it, but we believe he’s the one who brought it home since he got sick first. We are pretty much over it now, but still a little coughing. His doc said it’s better than the booster, not quite sure how, but hopefully it will a while before we catch it again. Not planning on any more shots.
Good to hear no more shots! Having COVID sucks… what your doctor is basically saying is having had it gives you natural immunity, or tells your immune system ‘hey, we recognize this’ and will start fighting it to get it out of your system. If you come in contact with it again you shouldn’t get as sick. At least you shouldn’t… I’ve never even been tested for it, so don’t know if I’ve had it or not.
We’ll here’s hoping for a healthy enjoyable Christmas season for all of us! We are so glad this didn’t hit us with family here for sure. That would have been quite horrible.
