I just wanted to let you know…

We’re okay!

It is bitter cold, the wind is howling…but we’re okay! The Trump flag’s not doing so well, but it’s not the end of the world.

The house is stocked with wood, plenty of water – but I’m working on filtering and distilling more. It’s rare that we lose power here, we are connected to one of the main lines that goes from the power plant up to Braddock Heights. So if we do lose power, they get on it right away. We’ve got candles, lamp oil, and blankets galore! We will be warm, good food to eat. Even if the power goes out, we have the wood stove and the grill.

If by chance, the power does go out for an extended amount of time – I may not be able to do much on the computer/laptop. It all depends on what the battery looks like on my laptop. The same with my cell phone.

It is cold! And it’s only gonna get colder. It was 58F,/14C, last night when I went to bed around midnight. It is 28F/-2C, but with the wind chill it feels like 13F/-10C.

It is what it is. I will keep you updated, as I can.

In other news…

I’m back in Facebook jail. I only lasted an hour. At this point, I’m thinking I’m pretty much done on Facebook – except to keep in touch with people. The bubble photo I posted did have a Tom MacDonald song with it – but there was nothing sexual or “nude” about it. It was about freedom!

I still haven’t used this song as a standalone post. I’ve just got too much going on, to many thoughts. Like I said earlier, it is what it is.

One good thing, I’m keeping my phone pretty clean right now. The storage issue is hardly an issue, but that doesn’t mean I’m slacking off any either!
