Just keep on being YOU. If others don’t like it, it is THEI problem, NOY yours. You are better off without them. I loose “friends” too, but they have proven they are NOT my friends after all.

I have lost friends and family. I have found it’s best to be true to your self. Either you are accepted as you are or they walk away.
