Panda Eyes
It’s pedophile slang for child sodomy. When a child is forcibly sodomized, their eyes can welt to black circles due to the blunt trauma involved, making their eyes look like that of a panda. There’s even apparel selling online that says, “Panda Eyes” on it for the pedo community. Many pedophiles joke about this online when talking about kids.
