this too shall pass

my thoughts for today

*I don’t have a throwback today. Not that I don’t have plenty of “old” photos, I just have some neat photos I’ve made in the last few days that I want to share – and I’m all caught up through the end of the month on some of my posts…all of my posts, now that I think about it.

The end of the month isn’t that far off, it is what it is. So I’ve got to figure out something.
I like to keep my wonderful ~ beautiful photos/posts pretty recent. A little more recent than they would be if I “just kept going”, which sometimes I do. But I can’t. Not yet anyway.

Working in the garden, the house, and the property helps me deal with everything going on in the world today. I know it’s all in God’s hands, that there is a plan in all this – but we still need to deal with it and at the least try and make sense of it. Just because we’re living in the last days doesn’t mean that we do nothing.

this too shall pass
it might pass like a kidney stone
but it will pass

Americans fight back, Target stock price plummets/Anheuser -Busch still in shock: Red State… “Actions have consequences, as retail giant Target is finding out. After rolling out an extensive, shocking line of clothes and merchandise—some of it marketed to kids—to celebrate LGBTQ Pride Month, the company’s stock tumbled almost three percent [last] Wednesday and has plunged over 11 percent in the last five days. It’s too early to see if the trend will last, but it certainly seems as if the chain is experiencing its own Bud Light moment.”

If violence is involved, or a threat of violence, the agenda needs to be reevaluated – no matter what it is that’s being promoted. If it’s a good thing – there shouldn’t be any violence, no threat of danger, no threat of consequences if we don’t play along…but maybe that’s just me?

I haven’t shopped at Target for many a year, since they decided their bathrooms would be unisex. They saw a backlash back then, and one would think they learned their lesson. Apparently not!

Another thing… I thought transgendered people were supposed to be “godly people”, more godly than non-transgendered people. If that’s the case, why do they have to promote Satanists for artwork? And why do they need to rewrite the Bible, to fit their agenda? (link: billmuehlenberg.com – Transgenderism and Scripture Twisting)

hope you have a great day!
thanks for stopping by!!

  1. Target is a horrible business with really bad commercials. I haven’t been to one in years either. No plans to ever go again.

  2. I don’t shop at Target, but mostly because I have Kohl’s and Walmart nearby. I am shocked and saddened by this craziness. I don’t intend to shop at Target anymore either. Sure hope Kohl’s doesn’t do anything crazy…

    • I hope so too, about Kohl’s. I haven’t shopped there in a few years myself, but mostly because I don’t have a need or want to.
