Flat Earth: “Flat Earth is an archaic and scientifically disproven conception of the Earth’s shape as a plane or disk. Many ancient cultures subscribed to a flat-Earth cosmography. The idea of a spherical Earth appeared in ancient Greek philosophy with Pythagoras. However, most pre-Socratics retained the flat-Earth model.” (wikipedia)
Not sure what year the weather people were talking about, but it is interesting that the whole earth except Australia and New Zealand (?) was in some sort of day light that day. Can that happen on a globe? I can’t think of a way…

I think we live on a flat earth as well. Globe earth never really made sense to me, even as a child learning about it. I think in elementary we learned both, or at least flat earth as it applies to the Bible.
