Today would be my parents 52nd wedding anniversary, I was going to share a photo but they are still on my other computer. I’ll transfer them sometime…I’ve got a viewing to go to today and a funeral tomorrow. So it will happen when it happens.
My cousin passed away April 13, she would have been 90 in October. She was actually my dad’s first cousin (my grandmother and her mother were sisters), but we were close. So the next couple of days I may not be around so much.

It doesn’t help any that I’ve been having issues with the internet…yesterday, after finishing my post I was kicked off the internet. Not once, but twice! After the second time I just logged off. I was having issues with the tv as well…we stream. Not sure why, but it is what it is.

So anyway, here’s a photo I took recently with my cell phone…

Never let a day pass without looking for the good, feeling the good within you, praising, appreciating, blessing, and being grateful. Make it your life commitment, and you will stand in utter awe of what happens in your life.

      • Might help that I have three acres to roam about on, plus a farm next door. I’d like to get out and hike more, but life gets in the way sometimes. Been thinking about doing a photo tour sometime, just not sure at the moment…

      • That’s really awesome!! I support you! It makes for great posts.

Handle your business Wander Woman. 😁

      • You’re welcome!

You have a TEC name now 😁
        Unless you don’t want it/are offended/feel belittled by it/etc…

      • Ok, TEC is short for The Eclectic Contrarian. And in order for me to make my friends on here feel like friends and a part of the community, I would give them little names. Just something that made them happy. Or so I thought. I had some blow up at me after a while. Either them or someone they knew…

      • That’s crazy! I’ve had plenty of nicknames over the years…at work they called me Holly Hobbie (there was another Holly, so it made things a little easier), Holly Dolly when little. I consider it an honor!

      • Holly, there’s a reason why I am the way I am… it’s been very interesting in my time blogging.. lol!

  1. We all have our reasons…I think for me, usually, I attract like minded people. I’ve been here for two years, so I’m still a newby. On my blog, I’ve never had anyone make rude comments…but outside of it, yeah. I’m currently on timeout on Facebook for some reason I can’t figure out. I can’t use the icons to like – but I can still comment and share. Which doesn’t make any sense. No explanation either.
Anyway, I try not to let things get to me…this coming from a girl who wears her heart on her sleeve.

    • I think it was people who didn’t want me around. And people who changed their minds about following me. But ultimately I believe just soft people…

I’ve enjoyed your blog. I like the writing and artwork. It’s a glimpse into your mind and it’s really intriguing! I couldn’t stop reading when I found it. But I stopped because I didn’t want to be weird. 🤷‍♂️

      • ☺ you can always go back, I have certain categories/pages like “my dad’s story”, “legends”-different ones, and others. My dad’s story you will probably especially find interesting, I think.
