I’m feeling better! Not 100%, but better…I took my detox bath. I think that’s what really helped. That, and not really doing anything! Taking it easy…
“Don’t let the sound of your them old wheels
Drive you crazy
Lighten up while you still can
Don’t even try to understand
Just find a place to make your stand
And take it easy”

… I think everyone needs to, every once in a while!
My boyfriend and I are running to the store tomorrow and buying…toilet paper, paper towels and what ever else we might need. Just to get us through until this whole corona virus thing blows over. People here in the US are really starting to freak out. Schools are closing down… I’m not too worried, because I’m not around people all that much… but still…
So any way, hope you’re having a good day so far…

but I’m not out!”

So, below, you will find benefits of walking barefoot outside… not that I suggest you do this all the time – there’s a time and place for everything, including walking barefoot! Besides the below benefits, I would have to say, walking barefoot outside also makes you more aware of where you place your foot, and in turn, makes you more aware of your surroundings. When I was a child, I would climb trees in my bare feet. And there are still, to this day, certain things I do in my bare feet – climb a ladder, standing on chairs or step stools when reaching for something. When I hang plants/wind chimes out side, I do it barefoot. I feel like I have better footing when I don’t have shoes on.
When you walk barefoot, free electrons are transferred
from the earth into your body, and this grounding effect
is one of the most potent antioxidents we know of
~ Dr. Mercola
Hope you have a great day!

If we are to have another contest of our national existence,
I predict that the dividing line will not be Mason's and Dixon's,
but between Patriotism and intelligence on one side,
and superstition, ambition, and ignorance on the other."
~ Ulysses S. Grant
The US right now is the perfect example of what can quickly happen to a prosperous business when you hire all the wrong people
Can someone update me on what's offensive today? It's hard to keep up!
Psalm 23 (KJV)
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil:
for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:
thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
Be thankful for the thorns and thistles which keep you from being in love with this world. ~ Charles Spurgeon
