gone fishing

June 7, 2020
We went fishing this morning. Here’s a couple of photos I took with my cell phone…

Potomac River

We arrived just after sunrise and there was fog on the river.

DOUBLE CHEERS!

I don’t understand why people can’t pick up after themselves.

chicken liver

We use chicken liver as bait. Sounds disgusting, but the fish love it!

The only thing I caught was a piece of drift wood. Oh well, better luck next time! The fishing line snapped three times. After the third one snapped, we packed it up and came home.
Next time, we will be going back to the aquaduct or the beach where we had so much luck last year. My cell phone died, so that’s all I was able to get. The rest are on my CANON, which I am going to work on this week.

Tomorrow is…

June 8
Best Friends Day
National Name Your Poison Day
National Upsy Daisy Day
